Industrial Metals

The construction and manufacturing industries are at the heart of the global economy, which means that industrial metals are critical for a wide range of applications. Iron, aluminum and copper are among the most widely used industrial metals, with the former being found in everything from skyscrapers to cooking appliances.

But it’s also essential to keep in mind that there are other types of industrial metals, including those derived from rare earth elements. These include cobalt, nickel and tin. They’re often found in battery technologies such as rechargeable batteries and electric car motors, where they have unique properties that make them valuable.

By mixing two or more metals together, you can create metal alloys that are stronger and have better resistance to corrosion.
