Welded aluminum honeycomb panels are manufactured using a brazing process at around 600°C, where every node between the core and panels forms strong metallurgical bonding. Unlike glued structures, they contain no adhesives, giving them superior rigidity, temperature resistance, and lifespan.

Traditional glued panels suffer from aging, cracking, and limited operating temperatures. In contrast, welded honeycomb panels maintain strength in aerospace, ships, and rail transit applications, offering lightweight, strong rigidity, sound and heat insulation, and full recyclability.
