Titanium Rod Specifications & Requirements

1. The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy bars shall comply with GB/T 3620.1. Allowable deviations shall follow GB/T 3620.2.
2. Hot-working bar diameter or side length must comply with Table 1 specifications.
3. Cold-drawn bar diameter tolerances shall follow Table 2 after hot-processing, turning (grinding), and cold rolling.
4. Non-roundness after hot-working polishing must not exceed half of the dimensional tolerance.
5. Processing bar length: 300–6000mm; Annealed bar length: 300–2000mm. Fixed or double-length sizes must fall within variable length range. Allowable deviation: +20mm. Double-length sections require 5mm cutting allowance each. Length must be stated in contract.
